SOLD! 1940-50’s The Red Boy Framed Print, Master Lambton by Thomas Lawrence
Here is a beautiful vintage framed print of The Red Boy, a popular name of a portrait made in 1825 by Sir Thomas Lawrence. It was originally entitled Master Lambton and depicts Charles William Lambton, the eldest son of John Lambton (later created Earl of Durham).
This print in frame measures 9” tall by 7” wide. It is in an ornate wood shadow box type frame with glass. The paper backing has been removed and there is a rawhide string attached for hanging on your wall. In good vintage condition with only light ware.
