SOLD! 1950-60’s Redware Pottery Pie Bird Donkey
Here is a vintage redware pottery pie bird donkey for double crust pies made in Japan, stamped on the bottom. Used to let steam escape from pies. This pig was finished with a high gloss and cold painted details added, there is light ware on the cold paint. This donkey is in good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Best used for display. Stands approximately 4 1/4” tall.
