SOLD! 1974 Wedgwood of Etruria and Barlaston, Beatrix Potter Peter Rabbit Child's Mug and Bowl
Here is an adorable Wedgwood of Etruria and Barlaston, Beatrix Potter Designs, Peter Rabbit Child's mug and bowl set. Copyright Frederick Warne & Co, made in England.
The cup measures 2 3/4” tall by 3” wide plus handle, it features images of Peter Rabbit and his family and has text “Once upon a time there were four little Rabbits, and their names were- Flopsy, Mopsy, Cotton tail, and Peter.” Under the handle says “Now run along and don’t get into mischief”
The bowl measures 1 3/4” tall by 5 3/4” wide, it features a picture of Mrs. Rabbit, the rim of the bowl has text “ Then old Mrs. Rabbit took a basket and her umbrella, and went through the wood to the baker’s. She bought a loaf of brown bread...”
Both are in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, very light ware from use. Give as a gift!
